Windows, walls, doors, chimney, driveway/walkways, patios, roofing, roof flashings, gutters and downspouts, exterior finishes and grading/slope for drainage.
Foundations
Insulation/ventilation, sub flooring and mechanicals as applicable.
Garages
Hardware and springs, opener, auto reverse and garage slab.
Interior
Walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system, structure.
Bathrooms
Sinks, drains, fixtures, water pressure and drainage.
Kitchen
Countertops, electrical, appliances, plumbing and ventilation.
